Check out Barry Keegan Comic Art https://barrykeegan.com and his soon to be released Graphic Novel “The Bog Road” which is a dark fantasy tale set in County Laois. Barry wanted to draw more attention to the Midlands of Ireland and bring the land to life. Currently the script is fully written and all black and white artwork is completed by himself. The first scene previewed below has been coloured by Chris O’Halloran and lettered by Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou, two very talented people. The Laois Arts Council awarded Barry with a grant to bring his book closer to completion. Barry lived in Portarlington for a number of years and would really appreciate for you to join in on the journey of “The Bog Road”
